Instructions
Cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces and season with Salt and pepper.
Lightly oil and pan and cook the chicken until it's cooked all they way through. Move it to a container and refrigerate.
In a small bowl combine Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Powdered Sweetener, Curry Powder, Turmeric and Cumin.
In a large bowl combine the chilled chicken, Green Onions, Celery, Cashews and Cilantro.
Add Mayonnaise mixture to the Chicken and combine well.
Refrigerate for a couple hours or until ready to eat.
The flavor improves as the chicken has time to sit in the sauce and absorb the goodness.
