Keto Pizza

Fathead Crust with Keto friendly sauce for all your Pizza cravings. 

Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 8 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Crust

  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Poder

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Meat, Olives, Pineapple, Goat cheese, Yak Cheese
  • What ever else you like

Instructions
 

Sauce

  • Combine all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Crust

  • Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
  • Combine Mozzarella cheese and Cream cheese and microwave for up to 2 minutes until melted, checking and mixing every 30 seconds. 
  • Add Almond Flour and Egg to Cheese mixture. Combine using wet hands once cool enough to handle. 
  • Place on a piece of parchment paper and cover with a separate piece of parchment and roll out until 1/4 in thick.
  • Bake on a parchment line pan for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, brush crust with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. 
  • Add approx 1/4 cup sauce, toppings and Mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool to a point that you don’t have molten Cheese burning the top of your mouth, cut and enjoy!
