Keto Pizza
Fathead Crust with Keto friendly sauce for all your Pizza cravings.
Ingredients
Sauce
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Crust
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Poder
Toppings
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Meat, Olives, Pineapple, Goat cheese, Yak Cheese
- What ever else you like
Instructions
Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Crust
- Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
- Combine Mozzarella cheese and Cream cheese and microwave for up to 2 minutes until melted, checking and mixing every 30 seconds.
- Add Almond Flour and Egg to Cheese mixture. Combine using wet hands once cool enough to handle.
- Place on a piece of parchment paper and cover with a separate piece of parchment and roll out until 1/4 in thick.
- Bake on a parchment line pan for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, brush crust with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Add approx 1/4 cup sauce, toppings and Mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Allow it to cool to a point that you don’t have molten Cheese burning the top of your mouth, cut and enjoy!
