A simple but tasty Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Liquid Stevia
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce Optional
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions
 

  • Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients except the Xanthan Gun
  • Combine Mixture with Chicken and let rest in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
  • Pour chicken and sauce in a large lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. 
  • Once Chicken is cooked through sprinkle xanthan gum and mix into sauce.
  • Serve with riced Cauliflower or side of your choice.
