A simple but tasty Chicken Teriyaki
Keto Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Thighs
- 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Liquid Stevia
- 1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce Optional
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Cut Chicken into bite sized pieces
- Combine the rest of the ingredients except the Xanthan Gun
- Combine Mixture with Chicken and let rest in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour chicken and sauce in a large lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Once Chicken is cooked through sprinkle xanthan gum and mix into sauce.
- Serve with riced Cauliflower or side of your choice.
