A simple but tasty light poke

A reminder that you should always be aware of the quality of raw fish you are using, be picky.

Keto Tuna Poke (Soy Free)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb Tuna Ahi or Albacore
  • 4 tsbp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Drops Liquid Stevia
  • 2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce Optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut small Tuna into small bite pieces
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients with the tuna
  • Cover and set set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Eat as is or serve with chopped cabbage tossed in Rice vinegar and Sesame Oil with cucumber, Avocado, Pickled Daikon, Green Onions and dries Seaweed
