A simple but tasty light poke
A reminder that you should always be aware of the quality of raw fish you are using, be picky.
Keto Tuna Poke (Soy Free)
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Tuna Ahi or Albacore
- 4 tsbp Coconut Aminos
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Drops Liquid Stevia
- 2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce Optional
Instructions
- Cut small Tuna into small bite pieces
- Combine the rest of the ingredients with the tuna
- Cover and set set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Eat as is or serve with chopped cabbage tossed in Rice vinegar and Sesame Oil with cucumber, Avocado, Pickled Daikon, Green Onions and dries Seaweed
