Keto Fathead Rolls
A simple bread recipe that is great for rolls or breadsticks.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees. Place an old pan on a rack below the baking level
- Melt Mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave for 2 minutes or until completely melted.
- Using either a stand mixer or by hand mix the Cheese and add the Egg
- Add dry Ingredients to cheese Mixture and combine well
- If mixture is overly sticky place in freezer for 5 minutes
- Divide mixture into 8 even balls or roll into bread sticks and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place a few ice cubes in the preheated pan as you put dough into the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes until brown. The steam will help the dough rise.
