Cut Beef into thin bite sized pieces against the grain
Heat pan and add oil. Seer Beef on each side until browned. Transfer to plate when browned.
Add Garlic, Ginger, Water, soy sauce and sweetener to pressure cooker and still to combine. Add meet and any accumulated juices.
Close lid and set to cook 12 minutes on high pressure.
Once done turn off pressure cooker, quick release pressure, then remove lid.
Combine Arrowroot powder and cold water in a small bowl or mug.
Turn pressure cooker on saute and add arrowroot mixture. Stir well until it just starts to boil then turn off.
Serve while still hot with Cauliflower Fried Rice or Cabbage Salad.
